MIARC, in partnership with the Institute for Applied Geopolitical Studies (IEGA), is organising a seminar dedicated to the Arctic and the strategic reconfigurations taking place in the High North.
The seminar will be structured around three panels offering an in-depth analysis of the redefinition of the Arctic’s strategic and discursive dynamics, as well as those of its surrounding regions:
- Arctic, sub-Arctic and non-Arctic: redefining strategic and discursive dynamics
- Development and governance of the Arctic blue economy
- Maintaining stability in the Arctic: challenges and strategic responses
