After having been seen by a stunning total of 1.7 million visitors at the Oceanographic Museum in Monaco, the exhibition “Mission polaire” has moved to the Aquarium Vivarium Aquatis in Lausanne.
The opening was celebrated on March 6 in the presence of numerous personalities including Her Excellency, Mrs Carole Lanteri, Monaco’s Ambassador in Switzerland.

They include Sir Wally Herbert’s sledge having served to attain the North Pole in April 1969 and a series of Inuit masks and objects.
