Borm, budget 1 798 000 € (budget UVSQ 313 125 €); UVSQ organised the project’s final conference in Paris in 2019, participants included Mrs Ségolène Royale, French Ambassador of the Poles and Mr. Harri Mäki-Reinikka, Ambassador of Finland’s Arctic policies.
